Mobile phone masts

Allegedly there is a mast which generates periodical income divided between freeholders.. does anyone have any information about this?

We've just put in an offer on a flat on the top floor but are a bit concerned with potential mobile
phone masts on the roof. We live in a high rise near by, and can see what look like four phone masts on the roof. Is that right?


Basically we don't want to slowly fry from the inside out so it's a bit of a deal breaker, if someone could let us know that would be great.

Hopefully they're just large TV aerials, as with the income from masts at around £20,000 each per year (compensation for greatly increased risk of cancer) I would imagine that the service charge would be a lot cheaper.

Is there one person that owns the bulk of these flats?

Hi Aim and co,
I am new to the building and love the fact that this building has an internet forum to allow us all to communicate. I love the location, love the view and the general vibe in the building however I am worried about a few thing and was wondering if you could reasure me.
Just found out about a few things about the building:
mobile phone math: what is the deal with these. Aim? Did you buy the flat at the end or dit it put you off? have you managed to find out more about it? would love to have a chat with you about it.
Heating: first few month here i am a bit worried how much my electricity bill will be during the winter. Could the people who have lived there a few years give me an idea of the monthly electricity bill?
I am a bit worried about the security : Can you please let me know if the lock downstairs is going to be fixed or is it an ongoing problem?
