Window Condensation

Anyone this might concern: Franco, the inofficial house maintenance bloke, has told me that he was set to repair a couple of windows in the block next week, so anyone interested should call him up now: 07971937463. He sure knows his way around the house.

Well 90% of my windows are full of condesation and do not imagine my landlady will pay for them to be repaired...

I expect not, she doesn't have any obligation to.

However if it's good value she might be interested in having it done in order to make it more tenentable.. might be worth asking Franco for a quote?
